Chocolate Peanut Butter Baked Oatmeal

En fluffig, krämig och öppen omelett med Västerbottensost, toppad med rom, rädisor och dill. Enkelt, smakrikt och festligt.

Ingredients

60 g potatischips, lantchips

4 ägg

1 krm salt

0,5 dl rapsolja

60 g rom (löjrom, stenbitsrom eller sikrom)

100 g gräddfil

2 salladslökar, fint skivade

4 rädisor, fint skivade och lagda i isvatten

0,5 kruka färsk dill, plockad

100 g Västerbottensost

50 g smör, brynt

Instructions

1. Vispa ihop ägg och salt i en skål. Vänd ner chipsen.

2. Hetta upp rapsolja i en stekpanna och häll i smeten.

3. Låt omeletten puffa i kanterna och lyft försiktigt pannan.

4. När mitten är krämig men inte rinnig, stjälp upp omeletten.

5. Toppa med rom, gräddfil, rädisor, salladslök och brynt smör.

6. Strö över dill och riv över Västerbottensost.

7. Servera direkt.

Servera gärna med en sallad eller ett glas kall öl. Passar perfekt till brunch eller som festlig förrätt.
